Our school started our Service Level Agreement for HR and Training and Development in April 2015 with Threesixty HR. We have received a very high standard of HR service, excellent, robust and timely advice which has both resolved HR issues but also assisted in the development of excellent school’s systems to improve our practice.
The training and development offer was over and above our previous providers SLA but this enhancement has complimented the HR advice provision and has already initiated more professional working practices, which in time should also reduce more complex HR issues in the future.
The quality of the provision has not changed from the start of the SLA and we have already seen that with the growth of the company there has been no impact on service delivery.
