Jason Bratt
Company Director
Jason is an experienced HR and Learning & Development management professional, with over 30 years’ experience, 15 years of which were at senior management level, predominately in the public sector but also in the private and voluntary sector.
Leadership roles across the public and charity/voluntary sectors, extensive experience in organisational and cultural change, performance management and employee relations with specialist experience in absence management.
Since 2014 Jason has provided extensive HR support to over 50 schools in the Coventry & Warwickshire area.
Stewart Smith
Company Director
Stewart has a wealth of experience spanning over 36 years in both the public and private sectors, having worked for Rolls Royce, IBM and Coventry City Council. Stewart is passionate about learning & development and its impact on organisations, in meeting key objectives and investing in its people to achieve a more motivated and confident workforce.
With over 20 years’ experience in the design and delivery of learning and development, Stewart has worked closely with many organisations’ Senior Leadership teams to help maximise effective value for money working practices. Qualified as a learning & development specialist, Stewart’s areas of expertise include the development and delivery of Performance Management processes, Customer Service, Leadership and Management and strategies to enhance the performance of working teams.
Richard Pearson

HR Business Advisor
Richard is a CIPD qualified HR Business Advisor with extensive experience of providing a professional HR case management service and HR advice to schools. Richard has experience in dealing with disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, sickness absence management, change management, restructuring, redundancies, TUPE transfers (including Academy conversion) and employment law. Richard is also experienced in interpreting the terms and conditions of school employees.
Richard is a specialist in dealing with all elements of change management and is able to advise and support on conversion to Academy status.
Glenda Smith
Administration Manager
Glenda is a Coventry lady who embarked on a career in the private sector as a qualified personal secretary within Industrial Relations & Personnel, gaining an IPM Qualification (Institute of Personnel Management) and progression into Personnel management. For 22 years Glenda worked for Rolls-Royce, a prestigious company in Coventry. Glenda has also spent several years in an Administration role within the NHS (Adult Mental Health) followed by 4 years in a Coventry Special Needs school as an Administrator, gaining a wealth of knowledge within Education.
Laura Bratt
Learning & Development Officer
Laura began her career in the Catering industry working for the both the private and public sector at a managerial level, having worked in the NHS, Courtaulds, Eurest and Coventry City Council. During this time she gained a wealth of experience in managing people and a good working knowledge of employee relations and many of the Local Authority policies. Laura, who holds a PTTLs qualification, believes in the importance of well delivered, bespoke training that meets the needs of your organisation. She has 18 years’ experience of delivering training to both large and small groups.
