During the time we have been using Threesixty HR we have seen a dramatic decrease in our long term sickness cases and by following a planned structured process has shown to staff that frequent short term sickness will not be tolerated. The school has built up a good working relationship with Threesixty HR and help with recruitment, advice and support has been excellent and nothing is too much bother. It is good to see an expanding service recruiting to their team some of the best people possible to support us and others. We would strongly recommend them.
